Your username and password must be kept completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not it was authorized by you.
3.2 Unauthorized Access
If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact our 24/7 live chat support immediately. Reporting it without delay makes it easier to prevent potential loss.
3.3 Account Verification
ppvipd may request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID card or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposit Terms
Deposited funds must come only from your own mobile wallet or bank account. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests must be made through the registered method. The applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. ppvipd may request additional information for large withdrawals as part of security verification.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers from ppvipd are subject to specific terms. Accepting a bonus means you have agreed to the associated terms.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
- Example: Deposit ৳8,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.
- To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (20x wagering requirement).
- The welcome bonus applies only once per member. Attempting to claim it multiple times through multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
ppvipd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer. Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion or any fraudulent activity — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and related winnings, and the account may be closed.
5.3 VIP Program Cashback
The ppvipd VIP Program has three tiers. The weekly cashback benefits are as follows:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppvipd platform and violating them will result in immediate account closure:
- Money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
- Collusion — conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using bots, automated software or any hacking method.
- One person operating multiple accounts.
- Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
- Threatening, harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other members.
- Placing bets in the name of or on the account of a third party.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content displayed on the ppvipd platform — including designs, logos, graphics, software, text content and databases — is the intellectual property of ppvipd or its licensors. These are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Limited use of the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted. However, the following are strictly prohibited:
